Kay has thirteen years’ experience in the M&A industry, following more than twenty years working at an executive level in Marketing, Industry Research and Business Development for corporate, mid-market and owner managed companies. These companies ranged from IT/Telecoms, Manufacturing, Engineering and Commercial Real Estate.
Having also been an owner/manager of her own business, she also has considerable insight into the rewards and challenges of running a privately owned SME.
Kay’s roles in the M&A industry have included working with Client Directors, business valuations, client onboarding, researching and creating bespoke target buyer lists, writing sales documentation, and providing industry research-based articles for presentations and social media content.
During her years in the M&A industry, she has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, automotive services, technology, construction, F.M., and Distribution.
Outside of work she is a keen golfer, a lover of music and an avid follower of F1 racing. She is also a proud Grandmother to four Grandsons.
